HOW TO USE
- Begin applying to the fullest part of your brow, slowly adding definition and filling in sparse areas using short strokes. Add more strokes to build a bolder brow look.
- Use the brush side of pencil to add shape and gently blend the colour through brows.
Tip: Use in tandem with to lock in your look.
